Six Eye Films is a documentary collaborative based in Palm Beach County, South Florida - one of the few working this region full-time. We offer a turnkey solution for newsrooms and mission-driven organizations that need experienced visual storytellers who already know the communities and the issues: breaking news coverage, investigative work, or crafted content, from raw footage to final edit.
We've produced work for Reveal, the Center for Investigative Reporting, PRX, Mother Jones, and More Perfect Union.
Our team has reported for FRONTLINE and ProPublica, and has been embedded in South Florida communities for years, not weeks.
José and Max have completed hostile environments and emergency first-aid training for high-risk and conflict settings, including civil unrest, and work with their own protective equipment, so they can stay on volatile, fast-moving stories safely.
They are also available for panels, talks, and speaking engagements on embedded documentary journalism and reporting from Palm Beach County.
